Camping bookings close at 12:00 on 15 June 2026 to allow time for planning the camping field.

All camping booking requests must be made through your club. Please submit one booking covering all members who wish to camp. Clubs must contact us before the closing date.

Please note we are limited on camping space. Completing the form will allow us to try and allocate each club its own camping area but it is up to you as a club to maximise the space allocated. If you require more space than we can accommodate or want to be guaranteed camping for the weekend there is an official campsite not far from the club: https://www.irongorgecamping.co.uk/
Camping and Parking
Camping is free of charge.
Weekend parking costs £5 per car and is payable at the gate on arrival. A parking permit will be issued and must be displayed in the vehicle windscreen.
Please car share where possible to help reduce the number of vehicles on site.
Important Camping Rules/Info
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate campervans or caravans this year. Tents only, please.
- No vehicles are allowed in the camping area.
- Please do not park in the officials’ car park halfway up the track, as this is reserved for umpires.
- Anyone parked in restricted areas will first be asked to move. Failure to comply may result in further action, including removal from racing in the regatta.
- No fires or BBQs are allowed anywhere on the field or in Dale End Park.
- Gas cookers may be used, but all waste must be disposed of responsibly.
- Water will be available from the boathouse, and event toilets will be located on the field.
- There is no lighting on the field, so please bring a torch.
- Tents should be pitched close together to make best use of the limited space, while still keeping a safe distance between tents.
