On a cold and wet Sunday 26th October, Ironbridge Rowing Club kicked off their 2025 – 2026 Season at Dee Autumn head. With 8 crews entered this was our first race since the summer break and all crews had been training hard to get back to race fitness. We had the following crews racing over the 3800m

- Women Eight Band 2
- Open Masters F Low CRI Double Scull
- Open Masters B Single Scull
- Women Masters C Coxed Four
- Open Masters G Coxed Four
- Women Masters D Single Scull
- Women Masters C Double Scull
Well done to all crews but big congratulations to Paul and Rob who took GOLD in the Open Masters F Low CRI Double Sculls with a victory over Mersey Rowing Club in their first ever head race in a double! It was a great performance and looks like it will be a fantastic year for all crews as we look to build over this season.
