Bookings closed at 12:00 on 19th June 2025 to allow for planning of the camping field – Please contact us to see if we can help if you haven’t booked.
We will be sending out confirmation of camping and all instructions in the next few days so please check your emails. We will be trying to put all clubs in their own areas which will be detailed on the map. Payment for parking is on the gate per car when you arrive. There is a special area for camper vans and caravans. We look forward to seeing you for the Gap Personnel 2025 Ironbridge Regatta!
Each year we need to manage the number of tents and caravans on the campsite. Camping is free of charge but we do require payment per car for weekend parking so encourage car sharing if possible. The cost to park for the weekend is £5 per car, a parking permit will be issued and needs to be displayed in the car windscreen. Please do not park in the officials car park halfway up the track as this is needed by umpires. Anyone found to be parking there will be asked to move in the first instance and if refusal to do so then action may be taken that could remove you from racing in the regatta.
No vehicles will be allowed in the camping area, all campervans and caravans will be directed to reverse park in the dedicated parking area bays and display their permits. No campervans will be allowed in the tent area, so if you have tents with you due to juniors please let us know so we can arrange a bigger parking bay. Anyone trying to park in the tent area will be asked to move in the first instance and if refusal to do so then action may be taken that could remove you from racing in the regatta and asked to leave the field.
No fires or BBQs are allowed on the field at any times, this is a rule for the whole of the area including Dale End Park. Gas cookers can be used but please make sure that any waste is disposed off carefully. Water will be available from the boathouse. Tents are to be set up as closely as possible as we have a very restricted site and want to give everyone the chance to camp.
